Exchanges and Store Credit

 

We do not offer refunds for returns. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations or needs. In such cases, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 48 hrs from the time of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit

 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required, such as the order number or receipt.
  3. The request for an exchange or store credit must be initiated within within 48 hrs from the time of delivery.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

 

Store Credit

 

If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, the process is as follows:

  2. After verifying your eligibility, we will issue a store credit code that can be used on our website for future purchases.

 

Shipping Costs

 

For exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support.lasa@gmail.com with a video of product showing the damage. We will provide a solution to address the problem promptly.
